PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topically pharmaceutical composition for treating pain by singly using a topically pharmaceutical composition of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor antagonist, or by combining the same with an analgesic function via the opiate receptor on the analgesia without development of the resistance to this analgesic or minimal resistance to the painkiller. SOLUTION: The topically pharmaceutical composition comprises at least one of analgesic functioning through at least one of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) receptor antagonist and opiate receptor and a pharmaceutically acceptable topical excipient.
