PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a vacuum insulation material 20 having high thermal insulation. SOLUTION: In this fitting structure of the vacuum insulation material 20, the interior of which is decompressed with a hole edge part 26 of an airtight film 24 closed, the vacuum insulation material 20 is fitted to a body panel 10 by a clip 30, and the clip 30 is provided with a spacer 36 for separating the hole edge part 26 from the body panel 20.
