The air jet DEvice has a needle tube (4), at whose end a central bar protruding in a center, in which multiple small louvers are DEfined and extenDEd around a periphery of the central bar from the former end to the latter end of the needle tube. A housing (1) is proviDEd at a former end with a blow up opening, which has an internal area at latter end. A cap is assembled with the latter end of the housing, to prevent unfastening of the block installation kit from its engagement with the housing.
