<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation providing an actual feeling of multi-functionality of a material to consumers. <P>SOLUTION: The external preparation for skin has the so-called anti-aging bleaching functions such as preventing wrinkles, dullness, etc., of skin and preventing pigmentation of the skin in combination by excellent radical eliminating actions, elastase activity inhibitory actions and B16 cell-whitening actions.
