<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing propolis drink, preventing deterioration of the active ingredients of propolis and extracting active ingredients in propolis powder to bring to the drink through ultrafinely pulverizing the whole of ultrafine powdery propolis powder to nanometer size. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the propolis drink comprises charging an ultrafinely pulverizing device with a liquid matter which is obtained by mixing ultrafine powdery propolis powder with electrolytic reduction water prepared by electrolyzing tap water or natural water, and contains no chlorine with the alkalinity of about pH8-10 and the oxidation-reduction potential of ≤200 mV and contains active hydrogen. Then, the active ingredients of propolis are ultrafinely pulverized without deteriorating by action of the electrolytic reduction water, and the active ingredients of propolis in propolis powder are extracted in the electrolytic reduction water to bring the liquid matter as it is to the drink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
