<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously confirm the ratio of currents to be caused to flow in a current transformer, and the polarity of connection of the current transformer, when tested. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for determining the ratio and polarity of the current transformer, a primary-side meter 9 for measuring the current of the current-side output of a voltage/current converter 4 connected to a voltage regulator 3, and the primary side of the current transformer 5 are connected to the current-side output of the converter, and the voltage-side output of the voltage/current transformer 4 is connected to the secondary side of the current transformer 5 via a phase meter 10 and a secondary-side meter 11 for measuring current flowing in the secondary side. After the current of the current-side output is set to a predetermined value by the primary-side meter 9 of the voltage/current converter 4, the current flowing in the secondary-side meter 11 is read and a ratio for the test is measured, and at the same time the polarity of the current transformer 5 is confirmed by the phase meter 10 connected to the secondary side of the current transformer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
