<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a cash envelope supplied to a customer in a branch of a financial institution as an advertisement medium. <P>SOLUTION: A server 1 provides a Web application for advertisement creation to a terminal of an advertisement applicant via the Internet, and receives advertisement contents created by the Web application from an advertisement applicant terminal 10. The server 1 confirms whether the advertisement contents are proper or not, to a bank. The server 1 outputs print data of the advertisement contents when a confirmation result of the bank is affirmative. A printer 3 prints an advertisement on a sheet in a developed state of the cash envelope with the print data outputted from a data output part as input.
