摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery in which a high quality bonding of a cathode and an anode plates to a current collector plate becomes available and a damage on other parts than the bonded part is avoided. SOLUTION: A cathode side current collector plate 14 is provided with a current collector end face 14a which is an edge part including a straight line crossing at right angles with an axial line of a roll electrode. A laser beam is irradiated on a boundary between an edge 11e of uncoated part 11d and a current collector plate end face 14a of the cathode side current collector 14, when the uncoated part 11d and the cathode side current collector 14 is bonded by a laser beam welding. In order to avoid a damage of a separator 13 and the like, an irradiating angle of the laser beam is controlled within a predetermined angle range. Namely, the irradiating angleθc of the laser beam is made smaller than an angleθm made by a plane face 24a of an approximately circular shape including the coiled edge 11e of the roll electrode 24 and a straight line 32 which passes the welded part 11c and a corner part 13b (as shown in dots) of the end face 13a positioned on an outermost circumference of the separator 13.
