PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the car type and its route information formation device, capable of formation for each type of car on route information to a destination, with taking into consideration the car characteristic information which shows the characteristics of the type of the car. SOLUTION: The car type and its route information formation device calculates the route to the destination, acquires a road information corresponding to the road constituting the route to the destination, and acquires the car characteristic information, showing the characteristic of the type of the car for the plural types of the car. Based on the acquired road information and the car characteristic information, the route information corresponding to the route to the destination is formed for plural types of cars.
