PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based unoriented sheet or film, and a polylactic acid-based shaped article, each having both transparency and heat resistance. SOLUTION: This transparent, heat resistant polylactic acid-based unoriented sheet, film or shaped article comprises polylactic acid, a lactic acid-based resin and a copolymer of a diol and a dicarboxylic acid, and has a degree of crystallinity of 20% or more, a storage modulus at 30-100°C of 100-10,000 MPa all the time, and haze of 40% or less.
