PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital single-lens reflex camera having a user friendly preview function in which a photographer is not required to sustain a preview operating member in the state of push operation. SOLUTION: The digital single-lens reflex camera comprises a first reflecting mirror 201 movable between a first position for guiding the light beam of an object to an image sensor by retreating to the outside of photography optical path of an imaging lens 101 and a second position for guiding the light beam to the optical system of a finder 33 in the photography optical path, a liquid crystal monitor 26 for displaying the through image of the object based on an image signal outputted from the image sensor under a state where the mirror is moved to the first position, a restrictor 103 in the imaging lens, and a preview button 36 for preview operation capable of push operation wherein the through image is displayed on a liquid crystal monitor 26 by restricting the restrictor 103 up to a set restriction value depending on the first operation of the preview button and then the restriction means is reset to open state depending on the second push operation of the preview button after first operation.
