PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit in which the degree of suppressing power supply noise can be switched when it is mounted on a circuit board. SOLUTION: A plurality of capacitors 11-13 having different capacitances, and a switch circuit 14 for inserting a capacitor selected among the capacitors 11-13 between a power supply line 3 and a ground wiring 4 are provided in a semiconductor integrated circuit 10. A capacitor selected among a plurality of capacitors is inserted as a bypass capacitor in the semiconductor integrated circuit. When such a semiconductor integrated circuit is employed, the degree of suppressing power supply noise can be switched without altering the circuit board. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
