PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element improved in the amount of luminescence. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element is composed by arranging, on a metal electrode substrate being a negative electrode, at least a luminescent layer and a transparent electrode being a positive electrode in that order.
