DATABASE REPLICATION PROGRAM, DATABASE REPLICATOR, AND DATABASE REPLICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a database replica in a remote computer connected via a network without delaying a response to an application program. SOLUTION: A mirroring means 11 copies data written to a plurality of local disks to corresponding remote disks by remaining order of data write. A data writing means 13 receives a data writing request, then stores data in a local disk selected as a current disk. A current disk management means 12 switches the current disk to another local disk when an amount of data stored in the current disk has reached a maximum information amount. An operation information management means 14 stores operation information which instructs the local disk selected as an operation information storage disk to back up data stored in the current disk when the data amount stored in the current disk has reached the maximum information amount.
