PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for securing information security for acquiring ISMS (Information Security Management System) authentication with simple document management, by low-cost equipment. SOLUTION: This image processor has: a document information extraction means 105 extracting document information included in a physical mark 120 when the physical mark 120 is added to a document captured from a paper document 102; a user recognition means 107 recognizing a user; a traceability generation means 106 generating traceability information from the document information extracted by the document information extraction means 105; and a processing selection means 104 prompting the user to select at least one piece of processing from image processing to the document captured from the paper document 102. According to the processing selected by the processing selection means 104, a document added with a new physical mark 120 holding the traceability information is generated.
