PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table structure determination and notification system for preparing an SQL sentence satisfying a request for processing relating to a database from a customer, and for determining a table structure based on the SQL sentence. SOLUTION: In this table structure determination and notification system, when the request content of request information is input according to a processing request screen 200 and a data information screen 300, and transmitted to a performance measurement execution device 103, a DDL-DML 107 including an SQL sentence for performing the preparation of a table having a table structure satisfying the request of a customer or processing to the table based on the request information is generated, and a database for a test and a database access program are generated. Then, the processing of measuring the performance of the database for a test is operated, and the processing of transmitting the result of performance measurement satisfying the request of the customer and information relating to the table structure to a client terminal 102 is performed.
