PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost for acquiring other vehicle information while accurately detecting states of other vehicles. SOLUTION: This system comprises an own vehicle information acquisition processing means acquiring own vehicle information; an own vehicle information transmitting processing means transmitting the acquired own vehicle information to other vehicles Whi through a communication part 38; an other vehicle information receiving means receiving other vehicle information from the other vehicles Whi through the communication part 38; a specific vehicle selection means selecting specific vehicles in which a selection condition is established from the other vehicles Whi based on the other vehicle information; a state determination processing means determining a vehicle state for a predetermined vehicle of the specific vehicles; and a notification processing means notifying the determination result of state to a driver. Since the vehicle state is determined for the predetermined vehicle of the specific vehicles and the determination result of state is notified to the driver, the states of other vehicles Whi can be accurately detected.
