PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle measuring device with an exhaust cleaning function capable of suppressing a bad influence of exhaust gas exerted on an environment without lowering reliability of particle measurement. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a condensed nucleus counter 30 for enlarging particles 40 in the air by condensation of alcohol thereon and measuring the enlarged particles 40, and an exhaust cleaning means 13 for cleaning exhaust gas from the condensed nucleus counter 30. The exhaust cleaning means 13 has a photocatalyst type filter 14 for decomposing alcohol included in the exhaust gas from the condensed nucleus counter 30 by a photocatalyst and removing it, a chemical filter 15 for adsorbing and removing alcohol, a water type filter 17 for melting and removing alcohol, and a filtration filter 16 for filtering and removing the particles 40 included in the exhaust gas.
