PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iontophoresis apparatus in a single sheet form where an operation-side structure, a non-operation-side structure and a power source have been incorporated together. SOLUTION: The iontophoresis apparatus consists of a flat-plate support 30 comprising a first region where two openings h1 and h2 are open at the top and bottom surface of the support 30 separated from each other in the prescribed direction (a direction X), and a second region extending nearly vertically (in the direction Y) toward the direction X from approximately the center of the first region; an electric cell 40 arranged on the upper surface of the second region of the support 30; and a circuit board 50 covering the first and second openings h1 and h2 and the electric cell 40 entirely. This apparatus keeps the circuit board 50 laid with an electric conductive pattern which make the first and second vacant holes h1 and h2 each hold electrolytic solution and makes both the terminals of the electric cell 40 electrically connected with the electrolytic solution in the first and second vacant holes h1 and h2 respectively.
