PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer adopting a bearing device free to stably support a rotation axis of the transfer by absorbing a difference between material characteristics of a bearing and a casing. SOLUTION: The transfer 11 is furnished with an input shaft 13 as the rotation axis, an output shaft 15 for a front wheel, an output shaft 14 for a rear wheel, a driving force transmission mechanism 16 to transmit rotation of the input shaft 13 respectively to the output shaft 15 for the front wheel and the output shaft 14 for the rear wheel, the casing 12 having an opening to store the driving force transmission mechanism 16 and pass the rotation axis, bearing holding members 21, 22 fixed by fitting them in the opening of the casing 12 and the bearings 17, 18, 19, 20 held by the bearing holding members 21, 22 and to support the rotation axis free to rotate.
