PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material for a floating body structure which can largely reduce the total weight and facilitates construction, a floating body structure, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The floating body structure comprises a lightweight member of a foam resin based material, a connecting member, and a hard plate such as concrete.
