PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a quality stretching material without a molding material adhering to a roll when stretching the molding material mainly composed of polylactic acid. SOLUTION: The molding material B mainly composed of polylactic acid is introduced to a stretching device body 11 to be stretched. In the stretching device body 11, a first roll 13 and a second roll 14 are mutually parallelly and separately disposed in a heating furnace 12. The peripheral speed of the second roll 14 is made to be larger than that of the first roll 13, and the molding material B is taken by being stretched over these rolls 13, 14 in a S shape or Z shape to perform uniaxial stretching.
