PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber porous membrane provided with a mechanical strength and a water-permeable performance at a high level at a good balance. SOLUTION: In the hollow filament porous film, there are no skin layer and no void layer and at least a part from an outer surface to an inner surface is a sponge-like semi-permeable membrane layer. In the hollow fiber porous membrane, an average pore diameter (do) of the outer surface of the semi-permeable membrane layer and an average pore diameter (di) of the inner surface of the semi-permeable membrane layer satisfy a relationship of do=0.05-5μm and do≤di.
