PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner capable of setting a mode of an internal/external air switching section to a mode attaching importance to occupants' comfortability, while avoiding increase of the number of part items, by estimating the temperature of an air conditioned zone not provided with an internal air temperature sensor. SOLUTION: The internal air temperature sensor is arranged in a driver's seat zone. The temperature of a passenger seat zone is estimated based on the temperature estimation information comprising the temperature detected by the internal air temperature sensor. Control target temperature of the internal/external air switching section is computed per each of the driver's seat zone and the passenger seat zone. Mode of the internal/external air switching section in the driver's seat zone is selected based on the control target temperature of the driver's seat zone and the temperature of the internal air temperature sensor. Mode of the internal/external air switching section in the passenger seat zone is selected based on the control target temperature of the passenger seat zone and the estimated temperature of the passenger seat zone. In the case wherein at least one of the selected modes is the internal air circulation mode, mode of the internal/external air switching section is decided to an internal air lead-in mode.
