PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive change control device capable of properly controlling a drive changing device in starting. SOLUTION: The drive change control device 1 carrying out change control between the transmitting and intercepting of a driving force of a vehicle comprises actuators 31 to 33 carrying out drive change action, and a position detecting switch detecting acting positions of the actuators. The drive change control device 1 comprises a pattern map storing the combination of position detecting switch states corresponding to the acting positions of the actuators, a distinguishing means distinguishing the state of the position detecting switch when the drive change control device 1 is started, a determining means determining directions in which the actuators are made to act, and a correcting means making the actuators act in the actuator acting directions determined by the determining means and making the state of the drive changing device match with the state of the position detecting switch.
