PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller capable of being easily made to correspond to each vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular electronic controller is provided with a main electronic control device 10 provided with a main control circuit 12 for performing common function to the respective vehicles; a plurality of sub-electronic control devices 20a-20d provided with sub-control circuits 22a-22d for performing different functions in every vehicle respectively; a plurality of socket parts 13a-13e accomplishing attachment/detachment of the plurality of sub-electronic control devices 20a-20d and common to the plurality of sub-electronic control devices 20a-20d; and a junction block (connection device) 30 for performing electric connection of the main electronic control device 10 and the sub-electronic control devices 20a-20e in such a state that the sub-electronic control devices 20a-20d are attached to the socket parts 13a-13e.
