PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of maintaining excellent brake feeling in brake control using a feedback control law. SOLUTION: When the target deceleration of a vehicle is calculated, the feedback control is performed based on target deceleration and actual deceleration. Only when the time gradient dKFB of a feedback term KFB is in a preset range so as not to give any sense of incongruity, in other words, not smaller than a minimum gradient dKFBmin and not larger than a maximum gradient dKFBmax, the feedback term KFB calculated this time is used. When the time gradient dKFB is larger than the maximum gradient dKFBmax, the feedback term KFB with a value corresponding to the maximum gradient dKFBmax added to the previously calculated feedback term KFB is used. When the time gradient dKFB is smaller than the minimum gradient dKFBmin, the feedback term KFB with a value corresponding to the minimum gradient dKDBmin added to the previously calculated feedback term KFB is used.
