The machine has a frame (1), in which all components (2, 3, 6, 8, 11, 12, 15) are fastened. Components (2, 8) and a handle (4) are folded towards right. A free surface (17) is provided, on which tobacco is uniformly applied. A cutter (10) is provided to cut tobacco on a side, and a component (6) is pressed. The component (8) is folded towards right. Handles (4, 5) are holded fixedly by hand. A hole (13) is provided, via which manufactured cigarette covers are inserted into components (2, 3) till the end. Components (2, 4) are moved into an inner side of a guidance (14) towards right.
