[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The machine for filling a bag with medicine comprises a medicine bag positioning member (4) for positioning a medicine bag (13) while opening its opening, a first moving member (37) having a bottom face for mounting medicine (11) to be supplied, and capable of being positioned, respectively, at a supply position in the medicine bag (13) and a waiting position on the outside of the medicine bag (13) by reciprocating relatively to the medicine bag (13) positioned by the medicine bag positioning member (4), a second moving member (38) which can reciprocate relatively to the first moving member (37) or the medicine bag (13) and having a guide face (47) for guiding supplied medicine (11) to the bottom face, and a drive control means (59) for moving the first moving member (37) relatively to the medicine bag (13) from the supply position to the waiting position and leaving the medicine (11) supplied to the bottom face by the guide face (47) in the medicine bag (13) by sustaining positional relation of the second moving member (38) to the medicine bag (13).
