FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transfer of gas-liquid media. Said pump contains at least one feed screw enclosed in housing with side covers and oil cases, one suction branch pipe and at least one delivery branch pipe. Shaft of feed screw rests on bearing supports insulated from suction space by end face seals. Ring space is formed between bearing supports, end face seals, shaft and housing communicating through channels made in housing with cooling system. Section of shaft in this zone is made two-step, each step being encircled by row of communicating holes. Larger diameter step is arranged under seals. Ring space is separated from bearing support by floating bushing installed concentrically relative to shaft smaller diameter step with minimum slot clearance and secured in housing for movement in radial direction. Cooling system contains circuit with oil pump whose delivery communicates with ring space, and suction line, with oil case through channel in side cover. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of pump in operation owing to increased service life of seals and simplified design. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
