FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to centrifugal pumps with sliding bearings operating on handled liquid. Proposed pump contains housing, cover, impellers installed on shaft. Sliding bearing is arranged after last stage impeller. Pump is provided with ring which has bead. Ring is connected to driving disk of impeller and is installed on impeller hub forming by bead of ring and pump housing upper radial slot seal. Hub thrusts by its end face against jacket located on shaft. Said jacket forms radial sliding bearing together with bushing installed in housing. Hub with bushing form lower radial slot seal. Chamber formed between bushing, ring and slot seal is connected with input of impeller by axial holes passing through driving disk and ring. Ring with bead is provided with radial channels. Ring bore found in hub from side of shaft communicates through first group of holes with radial channels, and through second group of holes, with lower slot seal. First and second groups of holes are arranged in hub of last stage impeller. On part of lower slot seal from side of chamber on hub of impeller of last stage and on bushing screw cuts are made to direct liquid to chamber. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life of pump, reduced time taken for servicing and cost of servicing. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg |
