CYLINDER-PISTON GROUP OIL CONTROL DEVICE

FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in oil control devices installed on pistons of internal combustion engines or compressors. Proposed device includes piston in groove of which oil control ring and radial multiangle expander are fitted. Elastic member in form of flat plate with flexible elastic lobes made over circumference is fitted inside piston in radial plane at level of multiangle expander. Said lobes freely pass through holes in piston into behind-the-ring space and are rigidly connected with faces of multiangle expander. Weight is rigidly fitted in center of elastic member. Invention is aimed at creating continuous oil film of required equal thickness on working surface of cylinder when piston with oil control ring moves in cylinder. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of oil control device, reduced burning losses of oil, increased reliability and service life of ring and cylinder of internal combustion engine. ^ 5 dwg
