<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin retainer for a rolling bearing with an undercut part which can be molded by a pair of dies. <P>SOLUTION: The resin cage 11 for the rolling bearing is a cylindrical member made of resin with the undercut part which is not projected when viewed from a shaft direction and a parting line extending at a position on its periphery in the axial direction.
