<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller in which adhesion between an elastic layer and a coating film layer is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive roller 1 includes: a shaft member 2; one or more elastic layers 3 disposed radially outside of the shaft member 2; and one or more coating film layers 4 disposed radially outside of the elastic layer 3. In the conductive roller 1, at least the outermost layer of the elastic layer 3 and the innermost layer of the coating film layer 4 are each formed from an ultraviolet curing resin obtained by curing an ultraviolet curing material mixture by the emission of ultraviolet rays. Then, adhesive (meta)acrylate monomer (A) that is the same type of the material mixture used for the outermost layer of the elastic layer 3 is added to the material mixture used for the innermost layer of the coating film layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
