<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a base plate from being polluted by adhesion of a resin layer of a film to a conveying roller. <P>SOLUTION: When only a film 3 is conveyed to a joint section during starting a laminating device, actuators 92 to 97 are controlled to move an upstream side film conveying roller 85b and a downstream side film conveying roller 86b to a conveying position in contact with a photosensitive resin layer of the film 3 and move upstream side base plate conveying rollers 87a and 87b, a downstream side base plate conveying roller 88a and an auxiliary roller 89 to a refuge position out of contact with the film 3. When the base plate 2 and the film 3 jointed to the base plate 2 are conveyed, the upstream side film conveying roller 85b and the downstream side film conveying roller 86b are moved to a refuge position out of contact with the base plate 2, and the upstream side base plate conveying rollers 87a and 87b, the downstream side base plate conveying roller 88a and the auxiliary roller 89 are moved to a conveying position in contact with the base plate 2 and the base film of the film 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
