<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unauthorized connection prevention system for implementing an access limit to a network of a terminal in which necessary agent software is not installed and for implementing the access limit to a network of a terminal which does not satisfy a set policy. <P>SOLUTION: An existence notification packet is transmitted to a network 6 from agent software 5 installed in a client terminal 1. An unauthorized connection prevention device 3 receives existence notification from the agent software installed in each client terminal and transmits a policy 7 to the agent software of the client terminal that has transmitted the existence notification.
