<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley tensioning mechanism capable of firmly closing a curtain to the end and even manually, lightly open/close a curtain by enlarging the operating range of a leading runner. <P>SOLUTION: A bracket 15 which abuts on an axially extending U-shaped groove 1a formed in a frame and, after the adjustment, is fixed to a frame 1 via long hole 1b formed in the frame 1 is disposed to store a driven pulley 2 having a tensioning mechanism at the end of the frame 1. The bracket 15 has an auxiliary bracket 17 forming a plurality of parallel grooves axially extending in a space toward the U-shaped groove 1a of the frame 1 and joined with spot welding, and receives one end of an elastic member 19 with a bar part 15d of the bracket 15 formed into an L shape.
