<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body for a high reliability precision HDD suspension which has an ultra-thin conductive layer, having neither warp nor deformation, but satisfying the requirements of the HDD suspension which is made high density and ultra-fine wiring. <P>SOLUTION: The materials of the laminated body for the HDD suspension constituted of a stainless layer, a polyimide layer, and a conductive layer are characterized in that the thickness of the stainless layer lies in a range of 10 to 100μm, the thickness of the polyimide layer lies in a range of 5 to 50μm, and the conductive layer is an ultra-thin copper foil of 10μm or less, and further, the ultra-thin copper foil combines a support body metal layer through a release layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
