PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the opening/closing frequencies of a relay while increasing the flashing frequencies of a stop lamp. SOLUTION: The stop lamp lighting controller is provided with a braking detection switch element (101) inserted between a battery voltage (Vb) and the stop lamp (100) in series and a parallel circuit (102), and the parallel circuit (102) has m lines (102_1 to 102_m). Normal closed type switch elements (103_1 to 103_m) are inserted to the respective lines (102_1 to 102_m).
