<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source control device for reducing the power consumption of a detecting unit, while securing a function required for the detecting unit when starting a vehicle and when the vehicle travels. <P>SOLUTION: The power source control device 1 switches a power supply mode to a laser radar 30 from a stop mode 50 to a power saving mode 51 when a start of the vehicle is estimated based on results of detection by a clutch pedal sensor 10, a brake pedal sensor 11, a parking brake sensor 12 and a shift lever touch sensor 13. Alternatively, the power source control device 1 switches a mode from the power saving mode 51 to the normal mode 52 when a determination that the vehicle is in the condition possible to travel is performed based on results of detection by a vehicle speed sensor 14 and a shift position sensor 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
