PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device incorporated in a vehicle seat for listening to a voice whose low-pitched sound zone is reinforced in a wide range inside a compartment in a relatively simple structure without sacrificing the space of the compartment. SOLUTION: The acoustic device which outputs a voice in a vehicle is provided with: a speaker incorporated in the backrest part of a seat installed in the vehicle; a speaker installation means having a partition for respectively outputting the forward sound and backward sound of the speaker; and first and second back cavity parts having an internal space put through the backrest part of the seat for transmitting the forward sound and the backward sound, wherein the forward sound and backward sound to be output from the speaker are respectively output through the first and second back cavity parts.
