PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit capable of performing slew rate control in response to turning-on and turning-off. SOLUTION: The driving circuit is capable of performing slew rate control in response to turning-on and turning-off by comprising a pull-up switch N14 which is operated by the output of a threshold voltage detection circuit S1 which outputs a result of comparison between a gate voltage of a transistor P1 and a threshold voltage, and pulls up a gate/source voltage of the transistor P1; a pull-down switch P12 which is turned on/off with an inverse phase of an input signal in series with a slew rate control circuit C11 which is constituted of a current bypass means P13 connected in parallel with a resistor R11; and a second slew rate control circuit C12 constituted of a serial configuration of a switch means N13 which is connected in parallel with the pull-up switch N14, and is turned on/off in accordance with an input signal, and a second resistor R12.
