摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip capable of reducing a measured noise to provide a highly precise inspection result, and an inspection system using the small-sized inexpensive microchip. SOLUTION: This microchip having a base material formed with at least the first flow passage with the first fluid flowing therethrough, the second flow passage with the second fluid flowing therethrough, and a confluence flow passage joined with the first flow passage and the second flow passage, and a lid material for covering the flow passages in the base material, has wavelength selectivity of bringing a spectral transmittance of a detected part of the lid material irradiated with light for detecting a mixing or reaction state of a fluid flowing through the confluence flow passage, into a specified relation with respect to at least one spectrum, out of an emission spectrum of the irradiated light and an absorption spectrum characterizing the mixing or reaction state in the fluid.
