PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open a valve of a gas cylinder stored in a cylinder bundle device safely and easily to cope with boosting of pressure in the gas cylinder without increasing size of the whole device greatly. SOLUTION: A collection pipe 5 is connected with the valve 3 of each stored gas cylinder 2. The stored gas is taken out of the gas cylinder 2 through the collection pipe 5. A valve opening operation part 7 is provided on the valve 3. A valve opening unit 11 having a high pressure fluid supply source S and a working fluid supply passage 12 are provided. The valve opening operation part 7 is connected with the high pressure fluid supply source S through the working fluid supply passage 12. The valve 3 of the gas cylinder is opened and operated in the valve opening operation part 7 by working fluid 17 having high pressure and supplied from the high pressure fluid supply source S.
