PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that sufficient heat radiation effect can not be expected with a structure employing simply a centrifugal fan or a structure using a hub although there is a document describing that a centrifugal fan for heat radiation is provided on a rotary shaft to protect a bearing from heat or a document describing that a centrifugal blower is cooled by a hub and the hub is provided with an air hole for cooling provided near a fan motor and a blade for cooling on an outer circumference end part. SOLUTION: This blower is provided with a cooling means in an interval which is formed between the blower and a motor for the blower. The cooling means consists of one or more heat insulating bars 70 provided to bridge over the interval and surround an output shaft of the motor, a support plate 71 provided in a motor case supporting one side of the heat insulating bar, a straightening vane 10 provided on the heat insulating bar and supported with forming a gap with the output shaft, and a cooling fan 12 provided on the output shaft and positioned between the straightening vane and a casing of the blower.
