PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint being cured at room temperature or in a short time, and excellent in resistance to staining, water repellency, washability, heat resistance, scratch resisting property, processability, and anti-cracking property. SOLUTION: This paint composition contains 1-30 wt.% block polyorganosiloxane (A) which is prepared by hydrolyzing a polyorganosiloxane (A1) mainly composed of a dimethyldialkoxysilane and having 5-100 successive dimethysiloxane units and a silane compound (A2) mainly composed of trialkoxysilane or its hydrolyzate with a weight ratio of (A1)/(A2)=1/1-1/19, 50-99 wt.% mixture (B) of a polyorganosiloxane mainly composed of a trialkoxysilane compound or its hydrolyzate and a dialkoxysilane compound or its hydrolyzate, and a curing promotor.
