PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in-vehicle electronic equipment having an easily disassembling structure and suppressing crevice corrosion. SOLUTION: The in-vehicle electronic equipment has a case having an opening for mounting an electronic part therein; a cover for covering the opening of the case; and a sealing material provided between the case and the cover. At least one of the case and the cover is formed of metal selected from aluminum and its alloy, iron and its alloy and magnesium and its alloy, and has a sealing material retaining groove for retaining the sealing material.
