PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating machine in which an air-conditioner can be installed in a cab even when the working machine is miniaturized. SOLUTION: An air-conditioner 34 capable of supplying temperature-conditioned air into a cab 16 is arranged close to a side face part 16s on a working device side in a forward part in the cab 16. The air-conditioner 34 is formed flat in the longitudinal direction, and an air-conditioner body (not shown) is covered by a resin-molded air-conditioner cover 35. A suction port 36 for sucking air in the cab, an upper air outlet 37 capable of blowing out air toward an upper part in the cab, and a lower outlet 38 capable of blowing out air toward a lower part in the cab are opened in the air-conditioner cover 35. A first side face part duct 44 and a second side face part duct 45 are arranged from the air-conditioner 34 along a side face part 16s on the working device side in the cab 16, a back side crossing duct 46 is arranged along a back face part 16r in the cab 16, and back face tower-shaped ducts 47, 48 are arranged along corner parts on one side and the other side of the back face in the cab 16 from one side part and the other side part of the back face crossing duct 46.
