PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile body structure capable of effectively reducing the size/weight of an automobile body while necessarily and ensuring a sufficient space for occupants. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left rear seats 12, 12 are installed diagonally backward of the right and left sides of a driver's seat 10 installed in the vicinity of a center part in the vehicle width direction above a cabin floor 3 so as to hold a rear portion of the driver's seat 10 from the right and left sides. The cabin floor 3 comprises a floor tunnel 22 projecting in a vicinity of a center in the vehicle width direction of its upper surface part and extending in the longitudinal direction, and a floor side part 20 formed between side sills 2 installed on the right and left sides of a car body 1 and the floor tunnel 22. The driver's seat 10 is installed above the floor tunnel 22, and an upper surface part of the floor side part 20 is constituted so that the installation height of its rear part with feet of an occupant seated in a rear seat 12 are placed thereon is lower than the installation height of its front part.
