PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost through reduction of the man-hour by devising a structure for fixing an actuator motor to an air-conditioning case or the like of a vehicular air-conditioner. SOLUTION: Two bracket members 80 formed by injection molding of a resin material are prepared. A side of an actuator motor 29 is held thereby. Flange parts 84 of the bracket members 80 overlapping each other are fastened together to the air-conditioning case 20 by screws 32. A flat joining surface part 81a to be joined with front and rear flat face parts 29c of the actuator 29 is formed, a fit-in shaft 82 to be inserted in a fitting hole 29b in the actuator motor 29 is provided, and an extension wall part 83 for holding the actuator motor 29 from the side is provided on the bracket members 80.
